During the booking process, you will see a checkbox to consent to receive notification and promotional SMS messages. After opting in through either method, you will receive a confirmation message: "You have successfully opted-in to receive notification and promotional SMS from Clearflo AI. Please reply STOP if you need to Opt-out in the future."

Important: Consent to receive SMS messages is completely optional. You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Clearflo AI.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. If you wish to opt back in after unsubscribing, you can sign up again using the same methods described in Section 4.2 (opt-in by visiting our booking page or texting START), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4.8 Carrier Liability and Message Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. While we make every effort to ensure reliable message delivery, we cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered successfully or in a timely manner. Message delivery depends on:

• Your device's compatibility and settings
• Network coverage and signal strength
• Potential carrier filtering or blocking

We are not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages that are beyond our reasonable control.
