Clearflo AI Inc. ("Clearflo") is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We provide data and systems integration, AI and automation for private equity backed platform companies and the sponsors behind them. Our website is clearflo.ai.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Fill in the form on our booking page, which asks for your name, work email, company, which side of a transaction you are on, the approximate number of acquired businesses or locations, and an optional note
  • Book and pay for a working session, which is scheduled and processed through third-party scheduling and payment providers (see Section 5). We do not see or store your card details
  • Send us an email or message
  • Engage with us as a client

This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you share about your business needs.

We also use a website analytics tool to understand how visitors use our site, including page views, scroll depth, and button clicks. This tool uses cookies and browser local storage to do this. We do not use this data for ad tracking, and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your consultation requests
  • Deliver and manage services you have engaged us for
  • Send you project updates and relevant communications
  • Improve our website and services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your information is stored securely. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Client project data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS in North America.

  • Scheduling: booking and calendar management
  • Analytics: website usage tracking
  • Payment processing: handling client invoices and booking payments
  • Email delivery: sending transactional emails
